ReturnS & Exchange Policy

  • If any reaction related to your skincare occurs, you must contact within 5-days of receiving your item with photographs, details, and a list of current products you are using

 

  • It is on the client to ensure that the address is listed correctly at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will result in a return to sender or will be claimed as a lost item. If the client wishes for the item to be re-shipped, it will be subject to an additional cost of $20-30 CAD (depending on shipment area)
